• VV staff defined and led the business transformation strategy for an engineering & logistics organisation of approximately 600 staff.
• The VSs examined were operations management, governance, supplier support, internal supply chain, administrative support and a follow-up VS workshop of the maintenance facility.
• The full programme is self-sustaining without VV intervention and is ongoing to this day.
